The WorldHostingDays fraternity is heading to Las Vegas for its 4th international conference of the year – WHD.usa 2017.
Having started out as a conference which laid heavy focus solely on the Web Hosting industry, WorldHostingDays has gradually evolved and grown into a forum that addresses the internet technology industry and culture at large.
Our industry has been stirred by a lot of technological developments in the last few years. DIY website builders is a shining example which belongs to this pool of developments. The need to have technical knowledge and coding abilities is no longer a prerequisite for building a website. Drag-and-drop website builder giants such as Weebly, Sitebuilder.com, Impress.ly, etc. are enabling the not-so-tech-savvy lot to build professional-looking, intelligent and responsive websites in a jiffy, by themselves.
On the Web Hosting side, user attitudes towards Hosting are evolving. For instance, users today are more likely to ask for a ‘blog and an email’ solution instead of asking for a traditional hosting package. As a result, Hosting providers are taking a more holistic approach and are laying more focus on offering “the complete solution”, instead of serving the meal in pieces.
On the whole, the Web Hosting industry is changing as we speak; and what could be a better place than WHD.usa to discuss these upcoming phases of transformation! We’ll have Eeshaan Satwalekar and Yunus Zummer attending WHD.usa 2017 and they will be happy to meet you there. In case you’re planning to attend and have the time to engage in mutually beneficial conversations with them, feel free to drop an email at [email protected] and schedule a meeting at a time that’s most convenient for you.
We look forward to seeing you in Vegas!
