- With the introduction of .ICU on the LogicBoxes platform last year, it drew the attention of most of our resellers to sell this TLD to their clients. This 3 letter domain extension is easily understood by consumers and is extremely easy to remember.

- We conducted a webinar in November on ‘Demystifying ICANN Accreditation’ wherein Eeshaan Satwalekar not only busted some myths associated with the process of getting ICANN Accredited, but also shed some light on the expected and actual benefits of getting ICANN Accredited. Learn more
Important Updates
- Deprecation of KVM VPS India Plans: Having introduced the new and advanced VPS plans for US & India servers, we deprecated the old KVM VPS India plans.
- Free SSL on Hosting Plans: We offered our clients free SSL certificates and encouraged to provide this to their clients in return to secure their website. Learn more
- Domain Transfers post GDPR: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) brought about changes in the way registrars manage inter-Registrar domain transfers. We undertook the necessary changes in order to comply with the new GDPR rules. Learn more
- Platform Changes to Comply with GDPR: In order to comply with The GDPR, we made several changes to our platform. Learn more
- Privacy Policy Updates: In order to be in tandem with the European Union’s GDPR rule, we made changes in the way we collect, use and share any personal information shared with us. Learn more
- Deprecation of Turkey Servers: On April 13, 2018, we deprecated our Turkey servers and migrated all existing orders to USA servers. Learn more
Industry Events & Conferences:
We kickstarted the year by exhibiting at the NamesCon Global in January followed by our successful personalised caricature giveaways during our participation at CloudFest in Rust, Germany. This was closely followed by ICANN 61 in San Juan, ICANN’s GDD Industry Summit in Vancouver and concluded the year with a successful meet up at ICANN 63 in Barcelona. These conferences served as an excellent platform for networking, meeting clients and prospects, and getting more insights about the latest trends of the industry.
