It hasn’t even been a month since we got back from NamesCon 2018 and we’re back on the road already!
ICANN61 | San Juan (March 10 – 15)
The ICANN fraternity will be heading to San Juan, Puerto Rico for its 61st General Meeting, which is being hosted by NIC.PR. This 6-day meeting will be held at Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico between March 10 – 15, 2018. As is the case with all ICANN conferences, this one too, will be all about capacity building, increasing outreach, getting a deeper understanding of ICANN’s plans and policies, and most importantly, networking. The industry is brimming with several pressing issues at the moment and what’s keeping most of the businesses on their toes is the forthcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance requirement. With the GDPR go-LIVE date drawing closer, it will be interesting to see how businesses from our industry are preparing to tackle this challenge and ICANN’s expectations from its Registrars.
To make the most of all the insight-sharing, which is expected to happen at ICANN’s first annual conference of 2018, we will have Clifford de Souza (Manager, Marketing & Business Development), Priyanka Frias (Senior Business Development Specialist) and Abhijit Relekar (Senior Product Manager) in attendance during the said dates.
CloudFest 2018 (March 10 – 16)
One of the world’s largest Web Hosting conferences – WHD.global, has undergone some serious rebranding this year! The entire Web Hosting fraternity is all set to witness CloudFest, previously known as WHD.global, make its debut in a bold new avatar. The conference will continue to serve as one exhaustive platform that brings together the entire Cloud ecosystem and enables visionaries & experts to collaborate and contribute to its growth. This is one of those conferences that we absolutely look forward to solely because of how energetic and cordial the environment is! At past editions of this one of a kind hosting trade show, we’ve seen competitors bond as friends over strategies and insight; we’ve also seen successful and established brands impart their knowledge to young entrepreneurs and help them achieve what they’ve set out for.
Taking part in this inspiring celebration of innovation and ideas for the 7th consecutive year, LogicBoxes will be exhibiting at booth nos. F01 & F02 as a GoldPlus Partner yet again this year. Aditya Arya (AVP, Business Operations), Eeshaan Satwalekar (Manager, Business Development), Tania Castelino and Leroy Dsa will be present at our booth all throughout the exhibition days and will be more than happy to engage in mutually beneficial business conversations with you. We may also have other exciting reasons for you to drop by our booth (did we say ‘surprise’?), but we will only reveal those in our next post.
