It has only been 2 weeks since the new year began and we’re already on our toes, prepping for our first conference of the year. But are we complaining? No, we’re not! Because we’re starting the year with NamesCon 2018!
For the uninitiated, NamesCon is the largest domain-industry conference which attracts experts from all facets of the domains industry right from Registrars, Registries, Domain Name Investors, Web Hosts and Parking Experts, to individual end users; and everyone in between. This 4-day conference will be taking place from January 28 to 31, 2018 at Tropicana Las Vegas.
Set against the fun and vibrant backdrop of Las Vegas, this conference guarantees serious business networking opportunities, insight-sharing, valuable face time with clients and friends from the industry during social events, and a lot of actionable intelligence which can be drawn from each one of the expert talks that take place throughout the conference. To make the most of this conference, we’ll have Aditya Arya (AVP – Business Operations), Eeshaan Satwalekar (Manager – Business Development) and Royston Walder (Account Manager) representing LogicBoxes at booth no. 39. Let us give you a brief introduction of each one of them:
Aditya Arya: Aditya joined the team as the Associate Vice President of Business Operations last year in April and this is going to be his first time representing LogicBoxes at NamesCon. With an in-depth understanding of the industry coupled with his zeal to innovate and create better product offerings, we’re certain that Aditya will have a lot to share with everyone he meets at the conference. He will also be delivering a talk titled ‘Become a B2C Registry’ on January 28 at 1:40 PM, an insightful session on why it makes sense for Domain Name Registries to have their own distribution channel, over and above their Registrar network.
Eeshaan Satwalekar: It’s safe to say that Eeshaan is a regular at NamesCon. He’s been a part of this industry for over 6 years now and currently heads the Business Development team at LogicBoxes. It’s going to be an interesting time for Eeshaan to know what our friends think about issues such as GDPR, that are currently creating a stir in the industry. Also, having won the Ping Pong tournament last year at NamesCon, Eeshaan is all set to defend his title this time around; so do watch him while he’s scoring his points, both at networking and at the Ping Pong tournament!
Royston Walder: Royston is a Senior Account Manager at LogicBoxes and works with our clients in Americas. A relatively newer member of the team, this time is going to be Royston’s first at NamesCon and he’s more ecstatic than excited to meet his clients in person as opposed to other times when the online medium is the only option available.
